Credit Collateral Register („HBNY”) Registration and Identity Statement

The credit collateral register authentically certifies the credit collateral statements, recording their date and content in accordance with the legislation in force.

During registration, the applicant must declare to the notary public the authenticity of the data provided by him/her. This is the identity statement that authenticates the user’s registration in the „HBNY” system.

Required documents and data:

• Registration applicant: ID card/driver’s license/passport and address card, e-mail address
• In the case of a company: company registration number or tax number, company email address
