The preparation time depends on the type of case, the completeness of the data and annexes submitted, and whether there is a foreign language certificate. Simpler cases can be closed even on the day of the meeting, while more complex procedures may take several days or weeks.
Appointments can be made by phone, e-mail or in person. It is advisable to book in advance so that all the necessary data and documents are available, and that the administration is quick and smooth.
Most notarial procedures require personal appearance. In some cases, another person may also act with a power of attorney, the details of which can be found in advance by phone or e-mail for each type of case. Please note that the legislation on notaries does not allow remote identification.
Identity documents are required in all cases. In case of bank contracts and vacation statements, please bring the signed private document with you. We will always provide detailed information about any additional documents that may be required at the time of booking.
